This two-day summit is planned exclusively for group/core leaders of the Care Group Ministry, The Village, Men’s Fraternity, and Shift Young Adult Ministry to get equipped, empowered, and re-tuned.
This year we are introducing several changes: we are transforming it from a “retreat” to a “summit” which entails more practical training and intentional collaborations; we are staying at a fully furnished hotel which allows you to get better rest and direct your focus on learning and fellowship.
Come together with fellow leaders of the church to start off 2026 with spiritual rejuvenation and inspiration!
Note: This summit is significantly subsidized by the church. We hope you will take advantage of this valuable time to invest in your spiritual vitality while shepherding God’s people. We also ask all participants to stay for the entire duration of the retreat from Friday night to Saturday afternoon.
